Importancia del esquema de vacunación a madres de niños menores 5 años

Objetivo: Analizar la importancia del esquema de vacunación a madres de niños menores 5 años. Método: Descriptivo documental. Conclusión: El esquema de vacunación en niños menores de 5 años es una herramienta indispensable para la prevención de enfermedades infecciosas graves y la reducción de la mortalidad infantil. A pesar de los avances en la cobertura vacunal en diversas regiones, persisten desafíos significativos, especialmente en grupos vulnerables como los niños inmunocomprometidos y aquellos con enfermedades crónicas, así como en poblaciones con barreras socioeconómicas y geográficas.
