Objective: To analyze the impact of post-pandemic attendance on the development of Burnout Syndrome. Method: 23 documents were analyzed as scientific publications of high and medium impact, in English, Spanish and Portuguese languages, which were related to the subject of study. Results and conclusions: The return to presence after confinement influences the development of Burnout Syndrome, and that the repercussions of this isolation would be related to its appearance. In the current context, there are several psychological disorders that have developed as a result of the confinement and the tension generated by the COVID-19 pandemic, many of these conditions have remained post-pandemic, one of them is the Burnout Syndrome, which in the university setting arises as a result of several factors, such as subject overload and the inability to cope with long-term chronic stress.
