Abstract

Objective: To analyze the evolution of technology in dental prostheses. Method: Descriptive documentary. Conclusion: Technological evolution in dental prostheses has allowed significant advances in precision, durability and customization, transforming the way these devices are manufactured and used. The integration of methods such as CAD-CAM, the incorporation of nanomaterials, and the adoption of 3D printing techniques have improved the functionality and biocompatibility of prostheses, while optimizing the quality of life of patients.
