Objective: To analyze dental decalcification in young pregnant women aged 18-29. Method: Descriptive documentary study. Conclusion: Dental decalcification in young pregnant women aged 18-29 years is a multifaceted problem that requires attention and careful management. Physiological and hormonal changes during pregnancy, together with the possible deficiency of essential nutrients such as vitamin D and calcium, increase the risk of dental enamel demineralization.
