Objective: To analyze the administration of enteral nutrition in covid-19 patients in intensive care. Method: Descriptive documentary. Results and Conclusion: A multidisciplinary team should be in charge of the treatment and surveillance of COVID 19 patients. It is common for infected patients to present respiratory failure (hypoxia) which is usually accompanied by an increase in arterial partial pressure of CO2 (hypercapnia) and may even lead to multiorgan failure. These affectations hinder the adequate nutritional supply, even placing a nasal-enteral tube for food supply in highly contagious patients.
