Abstract

Objective: to analyze risk factors in primigravid and multigestational patients with preeclampsia-eclampsia. Method: Descriptive documentary study. Results and Conclusion: The most common risk factors for obstetric complications that may result in a fatal outcome are extreme age, whether very young (13-18 years) or elderly (39-49), nulliparity (primigravida), another factor involved in complications is obesity in pregnant women, another risk factor for eclampsia is that the pregnant woman is multiparous, which is the most common cause of complications.
