Objective: to identify Burnout syndrome in health personnel of the Napo Campesino Social Security in the presence of the covid-19 pandemic in June 2021. Methods: Descriptive observational study. Results: 45% of the health personnel are located in a severe level on the lack of personal fulfillment. Thirty per cent of the health personnel said they felt a moderate level and 25% said they felt a slight level of self-fulfillment. Conclusion: It was thus determined that the health professionals of the Seguro Social Campesino de Napo presented traits of moderate affectation in terms of burnout. Although the severity indexes were not the most frequent, it should be considered that according to the methodology applied by means of the questionnaire, the "normal" and without risk for mental health is that this is located in a mild range, a situation that only 5% of the respondents obtained and where the moderate level predominated.
