Abstract

Objective: to determine the degree of influence that psychosocial risk factors have on the development of occupational stress in health workers of the brigades of the Municipality of Quito. Method: Descriptive observational study. Results: The domain with the highest negative perception was work demands, since it reached 97% of presence (58 workers). Conclusion: Exposure factors and the presence of stress symptoms were significantly higher than those reported in studies in recent years in similar populations.
