Coping patterns and health indicators in employees of a financial institution

Objective: to analyze coping models and health indicators in the collaborators of a financial institution. Method: Descriptive observational study. Results and Conclusion: Coping styles influence 33.3% of the health indicators analyzed in a population of 150 individuals from the banking sector. Eugenic or positive strategies accounted for only 46.7% of the total forms of conflict resolution, compared to a majority of inadequate or risky intervention styles, which amounted to 53.3%. Of these, distancing and confrontation accounted for 40% of the coping styles.
