Method: Descriptive observational, the study population comprised 36 health professionals. Results: 36.4% presented mild-moderate stress and 12.1% severe-extreme. Conclusion: The prevalence of anxiety stress and depression are slightly lower than those reported in other studies of 2020, but are similar to studies of 2017, this is due to the level of complexity of the Hospital Básico Chillanes. Insomnia occurs in the same percentage as the general population in the initial stage of the Covid-19 pandemic, with predominance in the female sex and indifferent to the profession and area of work.
