Objective: to determine the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and work motivation of Artezon Health Center employees in the period June to September 2021. Method: Descriptive observational. Results: Through Spearman's Rho, used to test the hypothesis of the study, a moderate positive relationship (rs= 0.446) was found between the level of psychosocial risk and work motivation of Artezon Health Center employees, between the months of June to September 2021, with a bilateral significance < 0.05 (p= 0.008), thus proving, for this sample, the significant and positive relationship. Conclusion: High levels of motivation and satisfaction were found in the employees, which is why the individual conditions refer to a series of characteristics of each worker which modulate the perception and the effect of intralaboral and extralaboral risk factors.
