Somatic manifestations of workplace violence in administrative personnel

Abstract

Objective: to analyze the clinical symptomatology and labor violence in the administrative personnel of the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion, Guaranda District Directorate. Method: Descriptive observational. Results: 3 (10%) workers responded that they were teased because of religion, politics; 3 (10%) workers responded that they questioned decisions; 2 (6.7%) workers responded that they were not addressed to you. Conclusions: The female sex is the most affected in comparison to the male sex, people over 30 years of age are more susceptible to suffer workplace violence, as well as the most affected professions are secretaries and lawyers. Although workers are exposed to workplace violence, the symptoms they present are not related to this phenomenon, so it is possible to investigate the cause of the presence of these symptoms.
