Musculoskeletal disorders in health care administrative personnel

Objective: To determine the level of musculoskeletal disorders in the administrative personnel of District 01D03 Salud Santa Isabel. Method: Descriptive observational. Results and Conclusions: The ROSA Method determined that 43.64% presented High Risk, so a new ergonomic design is necessary. It was also alarming that 30.91% presented Very High Risk and 9.09% Extreme Risk. The workstation was related to the ROSA method, divided by areas, determining that the workstation in the area of Promotion of health services with a frequency of 25.45% would be the most affected, followed by the area of Provision and quality of services with 23.64%, presenting High and Very High Risk respectively, it should be emphasized that in these areas the personnel who work the most are doctors.
