Psychosocial risks generated during the pandemic in health care workers

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the psychosocial risk factors that affected health personnel working at the Hospital Básico 17 BS Pastaza during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: Descriptive observational study. Results and Conclusion: Within the medium risk it was detected that the rest of the psychosocial categories were also affected such as: support and support with 69%; other important points in which are included work conditions, work-family conditions, emotional stability and self-perceived health with 74%, leadership with 64%, margin and control with 56% The presence of some psychosocial factors in the workplace was associated with the covid-19 pandemic, so much so that performing dangerous tasks, being exposed to physical aggression, the insecurity that can be had within health institutions and not being able to delegate responsibilities, are part of it.
