Assessment of ergonomic risks for health care personnel

Objective: To evaluate the ergonomic risks of health personnel. Method: Descriptive observational. Results and conclusions: The personnel who work for more than 8 hours are the ones who suffer from certain occupational diseases that according to the study, most of them have presented at some point discomfort in their health associated mostly to bad posture or lifting loads, which in the long or short term affects job performance and consequently a change of position, if there is no adequate environment the worker does not have the tools to perform and execute their activities as evidenced with the implementation of the REBA Method that reported immediate actions agreeing with the Nordic questionnaire affectations.
