Abstract

Objective: To analyze psychosocial risk factors and occupational stress in health care workers. Method: Descriptive observational. Results: in the evaluation of intralaboral psychosocial risk, the staff presents a very high risk with 65.1%, being the characteristic dimension of Leadership the one that represents the highest risk. Conclusions: Psychosocial risks and stress in this study do not have a statistically significant relationship, but since there is a very high level of risk in the psychosocial area, it should be kept in mind that at any time the results may change due to the factors to which the personnel of this type of establishment are exposed.
