Carpal tunnel syndrome in health statistics personnel

Objective: to identify carpal tunnel syndrome in the statistical personnel of the Artezon Health Center. Methods: Descriptive observational. Results: 85.71% of the respondents presented discomfort in the wrist or hand. Conclusion: Carpal tunnel syndrome has presented symptoms of tingling, pain, numbness in the hand or wrist in most of the people investigated, the application of preventive measures in order to reduce carpal tunnel syndrome, currently the pandemic has forced to implement measures of social distancing in order to limit its expansion, which is why it results in work overload, decreased rest times.
