Abstract

Objective: to identify psychosocial risk factors in workers of the patronato provincial de Cotopaxi - Ecuador. Method: Descriptive observational study. Results: The least harmful psychosocial risk factors are: institutional support and peer support, given that there is a degree of exposure of 38.71%, which generates a reasonable work environment, in which teamwork and technical and administrative assistance are appreciated in cases where employees require them. Conclusion: Five dimensions of higher risk were identified, since workers present a harmful exposure and they are: leadership, professional development, organization, recovery and other important points.
