In the last two years, there has been an explosion in the digital marketing landscape. It is fair to say that you should have been living in a cave to not see the developments that have been made in this area. These developments have had a massive impact on the dental sector, more than you might think at the beginning. The following review article proposes a review of how potential new patients can find it has advanced with changes in the way search engine optimization (SEO) ranks your website. Advances in online advertising, particularly on Facebook in the last twelve months, mean that it is now easier to interact with larger audiences. Along with that, the use of sophisticated customer relationship management (CRM) software means that it is now easier to communicate with your patients, whether they are your existing patients, inactive patients or those potential patients you wish to enter.
