Abstract

Objective: to analyze the relationship between stress and well-being at work in the health personnel of District 18D04. Method: Descriptive observational. Results and Conclusions: Levels of EL and BL are elements present in the work dynamics of health personnel of District 18D04 of Tungurahua, their prevalence is low in the first case and moderate in the second. In most of the participants these levels of presence are tolerable, although a small percentage of individuals require a deeper evaluation process and perhaps organizational intervention mechanisms to contain the risk and future damage.
