Abstract

Objective: to analyze nursing interventions in the neurological examination of patients with severe head trauma. Method: Documentary descriptive. Results and conclusion: Both the Glasgow coma scale and the FOUR scale are tools that allow determining the severity of the patient, their level of consciousness, if there is deterioration or improvement in them, each one with its advantages, the importance lies in knowing how to carry out a precise evaluation that allows knowing in detail the clinical situation of the patient with severe TBI.
