Transcultural care management in nursing: Humanizing perspective

Objective: The overall objective of the research was to describe transcultural care management in nursing: Humanizing perspective. Method: The research was developed from the quantitative paradigm, and was also framed from a documentary-bibliographic design, by means of inquiry, collection and critical documentary and bibliographic reference analysis. The material approached consisted of graduate theses, scientific research, refereed works. Results: Adopting a cross-cultural approach to health facilitates the formation and development of health teams that respect, understand and respond appropriately to community recommendations and needs. In conclusion: The new times call for the systemic formation of the nursing professional from an integral transcultural education, which provides them with the necessary tools for the management of care from an integral humanizing and quality perspective in a diverse social context, in which the center of attention is given to the person seeking improvement.
