Objective: To analyze through a systemic review the effectiveness of the TMF treatment in cases of Clostridium Difficele. Method: Systematic meta-review of studies published in the last 5 years in: PubMed, Scielo, Clinical Key, Cochrane Library, Scopus, Spinger and Google Scholar with keywords (MESH terms). Results and conclusions: Clostridium difficile is a gram-positive anaerobic bacillus associated with the majority of infections that trigger diarrhea in hospital environments, its solution is fecal microbiota transplantation, consisting of the introduction of fecal matter suspension, of a healthy body to another affected, this transplant can be given in different ways either by oral capsules or by colonoscopy. We found that TMF either by colonoscopy or by capsule turned out to be more effective than the intake of antibiotics, which is why patients decide to undergo this procedure.
