Invasive ductal carcinoma in situ associated with the mammary gland. Clinical case

Objective: To develop processes of observation, analysis and investigation of the possible complications that can occur with invasive ductal cancer in situ associated with the mammary gland. Method: Descriptive observational research. Results and conclusions: In the exposed clinical case, no metastasis to the lymph nodes or other organs was found, it should be emphasized that there was a high prevalence due to the type of infiltrative ductal cancer, adding that several surgeries were performed since the cancer reappeared after two years; but it could be controlled in time, presenting an adequate prognosis and keeping the patient stable; allowing you to improve your quality of life. Currently the patient undergoes annual check-ups.
