Abstract

Objective: To determine statistically significant differences in Burnout syndrome. Methods: Descriptive observational study. Results: According to the Tukey Post Hoc method, pharmacy staff and resident physicians stood out with a higher risk of exposure to burnout syndrome. Conclusion: The presence of the syndrome was demonstrated with greater affectation in any of the spheres, highlighting the importance of this result to act and prevent the development of the other subscales, avoiding severe levels of Burnout.  In times of COVID-19 pandemic, it affected more the personnel who were in direct contact with patients and users, such as resident physicians and pharmacy personnel, especially in the depersonalization subscale, where the most relevant results were noticed.
