Abstract

Objective: To analyze the influence of psychosocial risk factors on the quality of life of workers at the Centro Clínico Quirúrgico Quirúrgico Ambulatorio Hospital del Día Zamora, in Ecuador. Method: Observational study corresponding to the relational level. Conclusion: It can be inferred that more than half of the population presented medium-high exposures to psychosocial risk factors. In this sense, those with the highest presence were: esteem and insecurity about the future, in second order social support-quality of leadership and double presence, and psychosocial demands and control over work were the least exposed. Although the dimension insecurity about the future presented the second order of exposure, the inferential calculation confirmed that it had no relationship with the levels of quality of life, so that exposure by itself had no real influence on quality of life.
