Abstract

Objective: To estimate the ergonomic risk in female workers of the Ecuadorian microenterprise D'Mishels, in the second semester of 2020. Method: Descriptive observational. Results: Regarding the discomfort in relation to the anatomical area affected, with the place of work, it is evidenced that: in the cutting area 13.3% of the participants present discomfort at neck level. Conclusion: The population studied presented similar characteristics to other populations working in the textile industry, and it was also identified that musculoskeletal discomfort is related to the job position and the seniority in the performance of work activities within the microenterprise.
