Palliative care in primary care as a function of patient comorbidity

Objective: To verify in the literature palliative care in primary care according to the patient's comorbidity. Method: systematic review of the scientific literature using the PRISMA procedure. Results: 15 articles related to the subject. Conclusion: Palliative care in primary care by nursing staff should be developed from a holistic conception of the patient in accordance with transferring this vision to the training plans in undergraduate and postgraduate studies, being considerable to involve training in ICT in terms of computerized modeling plans as a cooperation of pursuing a patient care plan in diligence of attending in advance possible complications due to comorbidity.
