Útero didelfo en gestantes

Objetivo: Analizar el útero didelfo en gestantes. Método: Descriptiva documental, se revisaron 15 artículos publicados en PubMed, Scopus. Conclusión: El útero didelfo es una anomalía uterina congénita que, aunque relativamente rara, presenta importantes desafíos clínicos para las gestantes debido a su alta asociación con complicaciones obstétricas y perinatales, como partos prematuros, malpresentaciones y mayores tasas de cesáreas. El diagnóstico temprano y la planificación cuidadosa del embarazo son esenciales para minimizar los riesgos y optimizar los resultados tanto maternos como neonatales.
