Competencias en estudiantes de ciencias de la salud mediante la elaboración de tesis de grado

Resumen

Objetivo: Identificar las competencias en estudiantes de ciencias de la salud mediante la elaboración de tesis de grado. Método: Se realizó una revisión sistemática en una población de 30 articulos científicos publicados en PubMed. Resultados: Se identificaron seis competencias i) pensamiento crítico, ii) habilidades de comunicación, iii) capacidades de investigación, iv) gestión del estrés, v) práctica basada en la evidencia, vi) desarrollo profesional. Conclusión: La inclusión de la tesis como parte integral de los programas educativos es, por tanto, fundamental para el desarrollo de profesionales competentes y bien preparados en el campo de la salud. La elaboración de tesis de grado en ciencias de la salud constituye un proceso educativo integral que desarrolla seis competencias críticas necesarias para la práctica profesional
