Emprendimiento desde la percepción docente

Se plantea el siguiente objetivo de investigación: Analizar el emprendimiento desde la percepción docente. El estudio es cuantitativo de diseño no experimental, de tipo descriptivo transversal, la población estuvo conformada por 100 docentes de la ciudad de Chimbote – Perú. La percepción de los docentes en deficiente es del 0% mostrando una puntuación baja, en regular nivel de emprendimiento se muestra que el 44% se sitúan allí y finalmente en buen nivel de emprendimiento tenemos un 56% lo que confirmaría que el nivel de emprendimiento es bueno y está presente en la institución educativa seleccionada. En las tres dimensiones en deficiente nivel de emprendimiento es un 0% y que el emprendimiento personal se revela como más presente con una cifra de 64% en el buen nivel de emprendimiento. La educación debería mejorar los rasgos emprendedores e intraemprendedores considerando los rasgos de personalidad de los estudiantes.
