Visión emprendedora docente en contextos de trabajo remoto

Se presenta como objetivo analizar la visión emprendedora docente en contextos de trabajo remoto durante pandemia por COVID-19. Se trabajó con 23 artículos científicos de primer orden ubicados en PubMed, Scopus, Scielo, como parte poblacional de una investigación de tipo descriptiva documental con diseño bibliográfico. Las personas con un alto nivel de flexibilidad cognitiva, alerta emprendedora y autoeficacia empresarial están más inclinadas a seguir una carrera en el emprendimiento. La pasión emprendedora puede guiar positivamente la perseverancia empresarial de los emprendedores y, al mismo tiempo, promover el desempeño de las empresas, estimulando las emociones positivas de los emprendedores. Además, los emprendedores pueden mejorar su identidad de rol empresarial, mantener una actitud positiva, estimular la creatividad y la innovación para mejorar su sentido de eficiencia energética.
