Corporate social responsibility has become a strategy that allows organizations to minimize negative impacts, improve the relationship and quality of life with their stakeholders, which consequently increases the company's competitiveness and productivity. The level of CSR in the company Hidronormandia in the canton of Morona, province of Morona Santiago was evaluated. A descriptive study was applied. A descriptive study was carried out, in which a corporate social responsibility was observed that stands out in maintaining a link with society and improving the quality of life of its workers. Its results describe a considerably high Corporate Social Responsibility according to the perspective of most of the workers.
