Cultural dimensions in ecuadorian organizations

The objective of the study was to determine the information related to the cultural dimensions to understand relevant variables of the management of organizations, of the master's students of UNIANDES Ecuador during the period February 2021 March 2022. The research was descriptive, where the main study group are the master's students of Ecuador Units and their cultural traits. The Results denote an individualistic culture, but being an investigation of an elite group of master's students, a general change in this variable cannot be determined since Ecuador has a collectivist culture, in addition, organizational culture and national culture are not the same, the Differences in the origins of national and organizational cultures affect how quickly they can change. In conclusion, culture is oriented towards indulgence, that is, the level of satisfaction of desires, dreams, freedoms, rewards fun, rewards, enjoying life.
