The results showed that the Business intelligence tool is a great contribution when analyzing information, for this reason the construction of the dashboard allowed to know another way of making the reports, avoiding working directly with Excel with data crossing and dynamic tables, instead Power BI loads the Excel files. generating different visualizations to present the information. As a conclusion, it was obtained that the implementation of the Power BI tool reduced the reporting time, since the socio-economic information of the UPEC students is visually observed through a dashboard.
