The purpose of this research was to analyze inclusive strategies in school education through a systematic review. Methodologically, the research was conducted using a qualitative approach and a documentary study design. Key techniques included a literature review and content analysis, while the instruments used were data collection forms and analysis matrices. Fifteen articles were also selected using the PRISMA methodology. As a result, the study revealed that ethical leadership, an inclusive approach, comprehensive teacher training, a harmonious school climate, effective learning, and educational policies are all part of an optimal school environment. In conclusion, it is necessary to foster an ethical, equitable, and innovative educational process in order to promote appropriate and comprehensive learning in human beings.
