The purpose of this research was to analyze emotional education in secondary school students from a systematic review. In terms of methodology, it was based on the interpretive paradigm with a qualitative documentary approach. To carry out the investigation, systematic review using the PRISMA statement and content analysis were used as techniques, and data collection forms and categorical matrices were used as instruments. The results revealed that, of the 16 articles selected, emotional education should be perceived as a cross-cutting action for the comprehensive development of secondary school students. Therefore, it was concluded that emotional skills could be developed through a pedagogical process based on motivating activities that could awaken students' interest in learning in various areas.
