Abstract

Studies show that the use of ICTs favors greater opportunities for the individual, especially in terms of empowerment. This paper aims to identify technological empowerment in the didactic strategies of secondary education teachers, for which a search for associated articles was conducted in Scielo and Scopus. A systematic review with a qualitative approach was carried out. The selection of articles was carried out using a two-stage filter, from which a total of 28 articles were finally obtained, later reduced to 24. Some of the studies focused on the use of digital tools, while others explored the integration of technologies in the classroom, and others studied the use of the Internet for information acquisition. Technological empowerment has a positive impact on students' academic achievement, which is consistent with the findings of the papers reviewed.
