Minimum amount of employer's retirement pension for the quality of life of the elderly

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the minimum amount of the employer's retirement pension for the quality of life of the elderly. The research method was based on the qualitative approach, using the collection and analysis of a documentary-bibliographic typology. The applied research technique is the interview; the tool or instrument that supports it is the interview guide. Generating an analytical-reflexive process, contributing to the generation of the extension of the state of the art in correlation to the current scientific legal framework. It is concluded that the legal framework aimed at addressing pension issues and the current state of the national economy are significantly out of sync with each other. There is a significant disconnect between the legal framework for addressing pension issues and the current state of the national economy.
