Reparación integral de las víctimas en las sentencias ejecutoriadas. Caso: Jurisdicción Penal, ciudad Cañar, Ecuador

The objective was based on verifying to what extent the provisions of our legislation are complied with and how far the Judges of Criminal Guarantees go in their task of crystallizing the integral reparation of those affected by the deviant conducts of those who rise up against the criminal law. It is of a descriptive type supported by the documentary review of theories and sentences related to the investigated topic. In the marked route, we can comment that, in a society that promotes the inclusion and protection of vulnerable groups, it is surprising that most of the crimes (55%) directly affect the female sex; even worse, if knowing that only 75% of the victims are susceptible to sex assignment, of this new total, 73% were female. It is alarming that in addition to being a preferential target of crime, the benefit of their 'integral reparation' is practically non-existent.
