Factores de riesgo asociados a la automedicación en gestantes

Objetivo: Determinar los factores de riesgo asociados a la automedicación en gestantes. Método: Descriptivo documental, se revisaron 15 artículos científicos publicados en PubMed. Conclusión: La automedicación en gestantes es una práctica impulsada por diversos factores de riesgo, como el nivel educativo, el acceso limitado a los servicios de salud, la influencia de familiares y amigos, y los hábitos preexistentes de uso de medicamentos sin receta. Estos factores resaltan la necesidad urgente de implementar intervenciones educativas y mejorar la accesibilidad a la atención médica, especialmente en áreas rurales.
