Estrés laboral en personal de salud de atención primaria durante la pandemia covid 19

Objetivo: Determinar la influencia que los factores socioeconómicos ejercen en el estrés laboral del personal sanitario de primer nivel de atención del servicio público. Método: Descriptivo observacional. Resultados y conclusiones: Se determinó que estrés laboral alto se presentó en 76.4 % del total de la población estudiada además que los estresores laborales en estudio influyeron tanto en la edad, como en estado civil y la antigüedad laboral. En virtud de los resultados se ha encontrado en su mayoría que las personas se sienten inconformes con la presencia de alta burocracia, por la falta de capacitación e instrumentos para ejecutar adecuadamente el trabajo.
