Síndrome de Burnout y desgaste emocional en personal de enfermería

Objetivo: Analizar el Síndrome de Burnout y desgaste emocional en personal de enfermería. Método: Revisión documental. Población de 15 articulos científicos en bases de dato: Scielo, PubMed, Latindex 2.0. Resultados y conclusión: Se deben emplear los medios necesarios y disponibles que se enfoquen, sobre todo, al manejo de factores estresantes y permitan tener una mayor resiliencia, adaptabilidad psicológica e inteligencia emocional que les concedan un mejor manejo de sus emociones. Se debe además enfocar la atención al entorno de trabajo que permita al personal tener una mayor seguridad al momento de desempeñar sus actividades y les brinden la seguridad de tener el apoyo necesario por parte de los servicios y jefes inmediatos.
